Every business is only as successful as its owner. Every issue in a business can be traced back to what is being emitted outwards by the energy field of the Owner. If you are having staff issues, it's time to look within to the entanglements of your own energy field. If your business is going under, it's time to look within to the entanglements of your energy field. If your business is a cluttered mess, look within. If your business attracts the same type of people, look within.
Where the energy of the Mission Statement of a Business and the Energy Field of the Owner are not in congruence, there will be opportunities within the growth and ultimate success of a business to take a look at yourself.
The way forward for all businesses is leading with the Heart Space and taking full responsibility. The New Earth energies won't support anything else. Walking the Talk is Key.
One thing I don't know if many businesses realize is when there is friction, tension, conflict, incongruency within the business, the clients, the customers, the guests all feel it. This impacts their decisions, this impacts who they continue to do business with, this influences where they shop, this influences where they stay, etc.
People are becoming more and more conscious and sensitive to the energies around them. They show it by focusing on where and how they choose to spend their money.
